JUSTEP has entered into a strategic partnership with Ti Bang Bang, a China-based digital platform specializing in staircase installation services.
The collaboration brings together JUSTEP’s experience in custom staircase design and manufacturing with Ti Bang Bang’s digital installation network, with the goal of improving installation efficiency, service consistency, and project delivery.
As part of the partnership, JUSTEP Founder and Chairman Zhou Jie has also been appointed Senior Advisor to Ti Bang Bang, providing strategic guidance on service standardization, supply chain development, and international market expansion.
Connecting Manufacturing with Professional Installation
For custom staircase projects, successful delivery depends on much more than manufacturing alone. On-site coordination, installation quality, scheduling, and after-sales support all play an important role in the final result.
Through this partnership, JUSTEP and Ti Bang Bang plan to work together on areas including installation standards, installer coordination, digital project management, and service network development.
JUSTEP will contribute its experience in staircase engineering, custom manufacturing, project management, and international delivery, while Ti Bang Bang will bring its digital platform and installer network.
Founded in 2022, Ti Bang Bang uses cloud-based technology and digital matching systems to connect staircase companies and project orders with professional installers across China.
According to Ti Bang Bang, its service network currently covers most regions of China and has supported more than 100,000 installation orders.
Zhou Jie Appointed Senior Advisor
As part of the cooperation, Zhou Jie, Founder and Chairman of JUSTEP, has been appointed Senior Advisor to Ti Bang Bang.
With extensive experience in staircase manufacturing, supply chain management, customized project delivery, and international business development, Zhou will support the platform in areas including strategic planning, installation service standards, and future international expansion.
Zhou has led JUSTEP through its development from an early adopter of European prefabricated staircase concepts into a company focused on its own staircase design, engineering, and manufacturing capabilities.
The new advisory role also reflects a broader goal shared by both companies: to connect professional staircase manufacturing with a more standardized and efficient installation service system.
Building a More Complete Staircase Delivery System
As the custom staircase industry continues to develop, JUSTEP believes competition will increasingly move beyond the product itself.
Design, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, installation, and after-sales service all need to work together as one complete delivery process.
Through the partnership with Ti Bang Bang, JUSTEP aims to further strengthen this product + service approach and explore more efficient service models for both domestic and international staircase projects.
