12 Staircase Designs Showcased in Shanghai
At the event, JUSTEP presented 12 staircase designs covering solid wood, steel-and-wood, floating, and smart staircase solutions.
The exhibition highlighted the company’s capabilities in structural engineering, material integration, custom fabrication, and intelligent staircase design.
Among the featured products was a smart staircase equipped with motion-responsive lighting, allowing illumination to follow users as they move along the stairs.
JUSTEP also introduced ultra-thin floating staircase concepts designed to combine a lightweight visual appearance with strong structural performance.
Three Industry Awards for Brand, Design and Leadership
During the conference, JUSTEP received three awards:
Top 10 Staircase Brand
Recognizing the company’s brand presence, market performance, and industry reputation.
Top 10 Innovative Staircase Design Brand
Highlighting JUSTEP’s continued development in staircase materials, structural systems, smart technology, and customized design.
Top 10 Staircase Industry Leader
Awarded to JUSTEP Chairman Zhou Jie for his long-term contribution to staircase manufacturing, design development, and industry advancement.
Commenting on the recognition, Zhou Jie said:
“These awards represent recognition from the industry, but more importantly, they encourage us to keep innovating. Our goal is to make the staircase an integral part of the architecture, not simply a way to move between floors.”
Looking Toward the Future of Custom Staircases
The conference focused on the continued development of smarter, more sustainable, and more service-oriented staircase solutions.
For JUSTEP, the future of staircase design will increasingly combine architecture, structural engineering, advanced manufacturing, multiple materials, and intelligent technology.
The company continues to develop solutions for high-end residences, luxury villas, retail spaces, hospitality projects, and commercial environments in China and overseas.
